Man Jailed For Splashing Off on Unsuspecting Bus Riders

Jared Weston Walter ought to be banned from public buses. Back in 2009, the 26-year-old was arrested for cutting the hair of women riding the TriMet bus in Portland, Oregon, and putting superglue on their heads. (He was only convicted of tampering with a witness and was sentenced to 13 months in prison and two years of post-prison supervision.) Now this week, he's upped his creep factor. On
