Former NFLer Sentenced to 17 Years in Prison For Drug Trafficking

Former Washington Redskins wide receiver John Wesley Wilson, also known as Ted Wilson, was sentenced Wednesday to 17 years in federal prison for drug trafficking and firearms offenses. The sentence includes 12 years' imprisonment for three drug-related charges, followed by a mandatory consecutive five years in prison for possessing a firearm.
