Man Laughs Off Allegations He Conspired to Kill, Castrate Justin Bieber

Last December, Mark Staake and his nephew Tanner D. Ruane were en route to New York City to murder and castrate Justin Bieber, but they missed a turn and ended up in Canada. A funny thing happened and Mark, 41, was arrested.
