Lady Flips Judge the Bird, Pays Dearly

Penelope Soto, 18, was arrested in Miami yesterday for possession of Xanax. While facing Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Jorge Rodriguez-Chomat, Penelope appeared flirtatious and giddy -- that's until he set her bond at $5000. She wasn't happy and told the judge to "eff off." Judge called her back and adjusted the bond to $10,000. Oh, that made her angrier. She walked away and gave the judge the finger
