Man Caught Injecting Heroin Into His Penis at Movie Theatre

Thomas Ross of Albuquerque, New Mexico, was arrested last weekend when he was caught injecting drugs into his genitals while or after he urinated in the bathroom sink at a movie theatre. Thomas was arrested and charged with drug possession.
